jose Parra - CEO
Jose is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), dominating areas such as critical financial analysis, bonding, internal controls, equipment fleet management, manufacturing facilities, project controls, and risk management. As a former hands-on CFO and leader of multiple Joint Venture teams that completed projects like the Airport Link Metrorail (Orange Line), 826/836 interchange, and Palmetto Express lanes, he has gained experience in Joint Venture management, project team building, and implementing Construction Accounting software. Recently, he was a Partner of a CPA firm specializing in the Construction Industry, so he brings vast experience with construction accounting assurance. Jose holds an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from Florida International University, he is a member of the Board of Trustees at the ICCIFP, a member of the Board of Directors at the CFMA South Florida Chapter, and was named the Chapter’s Champion of the CFMA Miami-Dade and South Florida Chapters in 2023.
